I have since become an E-RYT, with additional certifications and training in Ashtanga Yoga, Yin Yoga, Trauma-Informed Yoga, Para Yoga, Purna Yoga, and The Art of Sequencing: Writing an Embodied Song.

In 2021, I founded Songbird Studios Yoga & Swim School with the aim of helping adults and children feel safe both in and around the water and on and off the mat.
